Refund policy

Our 7-day return policy states that you have 7 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at lakkart.venice@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Calle Specchieri 422, 30124, Venice (Ve), Italy.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
