THE FAIRY TALE

Aladin is a poor and carefree young man who lives with his mother in an Eastern city. One day he is approached by a foreign magician who pretends to be his uncle and leads him out of the city, to a secret cave. Only Aladin can enter to retrieve an old lamp. Inside, amidst treasures and wonders, the boy finds the lamp but refuses to hand it over until he is helped out. The furious magician abandons him in the cave. Desperate, Aladin accidentally rubs a ring given to him by the magician and releases a genie who saves him. Returning home, he discovers that the lamp also houses a powerful genie capable of granting any wish. Thanks to his powers, Aladin obtains wealth and wins the heart of the princess . But the magician returns, determined to take back the magic lamp . With cunning and courage, Aladin manages to defeat him and take back what belongs to him. Thus the young man, once poor and inexperienced, understands that true value lies not only in magic, but in the ability to use wisely what fate places in his hands.

" Aladdin teaches that fortune can offer extraordinary opportunities, but it is ingenuity that knows how to recognize them and transform them into opportunities. Power, when not guided by wisdom, can go astray; but in the hands of those who know how to think, choose and act with moderation, it becomes an instrument of growth and redemption."
